Profile

She is a DHA & MOH licensed Clinical Psychologist. She is also registered and licensed under the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). (RCI is the national body for certifying Clinical Psychologist in India).

She has been practicing for more than 8 years in the field of Clinical Psychology. Before coming to Dubai, she was working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Psychology, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi.

Her extensive experience has been in working with mental health of children and adolescent, of varying age and cultural backgrounds, presenting with diverse complaints and conditions as well as neuropsychology. She had also worked at Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur, in the Department of Psychiatry. She completed MPhil in Clinical Psychology training from Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal University in 2015. She passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship in the year 2011. She is a 2nd Rank holder in Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Calicut University (2010). She has been a resource person in seminars, conferences & community programmes. She has been the Examiner in different Universities.

Her areas of interest are Child & Adult mental health- Anxiety and Mood disorders, Personality disorders, Marital and Family therapy, Adolescent adjustment issues, developmental disorders, neuropsychological problems, as well as Research & Teaching.
