Dr. Karunakara Marikinti having qualified as Gynecologist and Obstetrician from All India Institute of Medical Sciences through six year residency, migrated in 1992 to UK where he gained further experience and qualifications since 1992.
During six years NHS working in West Yorkshire, he completed RCOG/RCR Ultrasound Diploma, Fetal Medicine Fellowship at Leeds General Infirmary. He joined the team of world’s first IVF baby creating team of Professor Edwards at Bourn Hall Cambridge in 2001 and commenced first hysteroscopy service and several research projects until 2008.
He then moved over to St Mary’s Hospital London to complete CCST as well as Recurrent Miscarriage Fellowship at world’s largest miscarriage center under two world’s leading Miscarriage Experts completing 4 original research projects. From 2010, he has been sessional consultant at Care Fertility UK, which is leader in highest implantation rate.
He is an accredited trainer in Ultrasound (ISUOG-International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology), Assisted Reproductive Technology Training Courses (University of Schleswig-Holstein-Keil, Germany).
