Online Payments & Refund Policy

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Refunds, if approved by Dr. Joy Dental Clinic management, will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Payment confirmation and the time the payment confirmation will reach the customer via SMS & Email provided by the customer.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
The cancellation and refund policy are only valid for all payments made online via the clinic’s official website for booking appointments.

Incomplete Transactions
Transaction Failure on part of the Bank
Payment Decline
If the scheduled appointment is cancelled due to the absence of a doctor, Consultation and Other Fees will be refunded fully.
If the cancellation is initiated by the user after the scheduled appointment time, consultation and other fees will not be refunded.
